Please read the attached message from Mark. It makes all of Dave's points moot. The DNSO NC has just disenfranchised all individual domain name holders, as a class. We are not the ones being exclusionary. I note that Dave does not make the same points against either the ICANN or the DNSO, where they are more valid. The entire DNSO has now been effectively and openly captured. > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On > Behalf Of Dave Crocker > Sent: Tuesday, July 27, 1999 8:52 AM > To: Joop Teernstra > Cc: [EMAIL PROTECTED]; [EMAIL PROTECTED]; > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: [IDNO-DISCUSS] Re: The IDNO bootstrapping process > Importance: High > > > At 12:56 AM 7/27/99 , Joop Teernstra wrote: > >the Association. Well, they were discussing it. Now it's apparently official. Individuals without constituencies have just been eliminated from participation in the WGs. -- Mark C.
