It may be too late for that. The DOC decided to violate the law,
using a lot of rhetoric in a White Paper to lull the community into
looking the other way and not demanding that the DOC obey the law.
How far is the DOJ implicated in the USG's evasion of the law,
colluding with Joe Sims and ICANN by investigating NSI for antitrust
when the worse violation of the antitrust laws is ICANN's?
