Congressmen and all, Patrick Greenwell has brought forth yet again the unwillingness of the ICANN (Initial?) Interim Boards to answer on an open public E-Mail list forum questions that have been ask repeatedly. In addition in the hearing that you congressmen of the Commerce committee ask and prior to requested, Esther Dyson and Joe Sims willingly answered some of the more specific questions in a less than honest manner. If transition is to be successful, these questions must be answered honestly in public. (See attached reference below) Regards, -- Jeffrey A. Williams Spokesman INEGroup (Over 95k members strong!) What is truly unfortunate is that despite repeated requests you have not addressed the substance of Karl's statements. ICANN willingly and knowingly violated its' own bylaws with the ICANN Interim CEO and counsel present in taking actions to have certain individuals forcibly ejected from a teleconference. Why? Is this an issue that will ever be answered when it is asked by the plebs, or will we be forced to have any meaningful question asked by a Congressperson in order to receive an answer? /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\ Patrick Greenwell "This is our time.
