  One of the reasons that I see plainly that CSL has had such
a poor response to registrations is that they are a CORE
registrar, which has such a poor reputation.  The other potential
reason is that they are an ICANN registrar.  Given ICANN's
sliding reputation and their terrible "Accreditation Policy"
that is imposed upon all of their Registrars, it is small wonder that
CAL has only had 100 registrations of DN's in the past 10 days
of operation.

  I would NEVER do business with them either...
