Hello:
I'm looking for people who are interested in compiling government
information from GAC. I want to wait for Santiago 1999 and if there is
still an interest in uncovering private GAC intergovernmental
communications after that I'll need a team of five people (or more) to
start digging up those records.
Can everyone hear the shridders working overtime ;-)
P.S. - we can look after US and Canadian government access to documents,
or share the function with someone else.
