  I don't see any indication of money exchanging hands, yet NSI is
  going to give Interliant "preferred handling"? They've been raking
  in millions from us, yet have continued to provide a hideously poor
  level of service. Now they're going to take that money and invest at
  least some of it in provisioning adequate support for our
  competitor, while the rest of us continue to wallow in unpreferred
  status. I don't know if he has any ties with it whatsoever, but this
  whole outfit sure smells like Clinton!
