Logically I agree with you. But on a political and legal point of view
I think this is very pacarious position if you are administering the
gTLD .umbrellas... But if you have adequate legal insurance and
a good legal firm behind you, than it is your risk to take...
The other problem I have is do you have the $$ and business plan
in place to support the gTLD's that you are administering? I would
estimate that that would take about $50m per... This can be achieved,
but my guess is that you need to be looking at an IPO in the next
6 to 8 months. To do this on just filing fees alone will end up
costing you around $250k at least, when it is all said and done,
which means that you will be out of pocket at least 10% of that
$250k.
