  This is just one of several tactics that William Walsh likes to use.
He learned it back in the gTLD-Discuss list days, and also complained about
this tactic than.  Seems hypocritical doesn't it?  But one should not be
surprised,
the IAHC/POC/gTLD-MoU/ICANN crowd have been doing this for some time
now, JeffM.  So you better get used to it.  It is all part of the political
process these days.  :(
