  Richard, I think most of us are aware of the propensity of Joe Sims
and some other members of the ICANN (Initial?) Interim board's,
for revisionist history.  It should not seem unduly strange that Canada,
as have other governments, been snookered by this tactic.  But some
of us, as you know, have seen this all before.  Need I say more?
