Essentially we [INEGroup] are in agreement with Ellen Rony's comments
here. Good substance always follows good process. A FACT that it
seems Esther Dyson has either forgotten, or is purposefully ignoring,
for reasons that most of us involved in the "Process" understand
oh too well... The ICANN (INitial?) Interim Boards continuos behavior in
respect to a proper measurable consensus based process shall be
their undoing...
