Mr. Smith and Everyone,

  I am inclined to agree with you Mr. Smith.  Ms. Dysons
comments of late and at the Santiago conference in particular
were clues to her prevailing attitude towards stakeholders
in general.  Such an attitude should not be afforded anyone
in her position, and thus, resignation may be the best option
at this juncture....
