The problem with this approach is that arguing the case for allowing
individuals in the non-comm group goes against the very arguments that are
the foundation of a separate constituency.
We just don't believe that there is enough commonality of interests.

Or try to form the IDNO, but that would seem to mean accepting no voice for a
while.
The voice is there allright. Just that there are no votes to bring balance
to the Names Council.
