Hi Bob,

Please approve this posting for CYBERTELECOM-L.

Your comments about ICANN are reminiscent of comments 
on the IETF list.  It's  a "let's bury our head in the 
sand" approach.

ICANN, by virtue of it being the pending recipient of a 
transfer of regulatory authority over the global Internet 
infrastructure from Commerce, most certainly seems to be 
a topic for discussion on your list.  

Why you feel otherwise is not abundantly clear.
