A bit of tongue in cheek here:
Since when is that a problem? It certainly hasn't stopped
ICANN, WIPO, various registrars, would be registrars, registries,
and other diverse and sundry alphabet soups from presuming to
establish domain name resolution policies that would require an
understanding not only of the Lanham Act but also of trademark
laws around the world. Or is it that they just don't give a rip
about the law, anyway?
