The whole paranoia bug is silly.  maybe we should discuss a method of
validiating the existance of someone for the purpose of voting in the
idno.  As long as it was not abused by ICANN, maybe the accountants could
look after confirmation.  After all proving the existence of anyone is a
simple audit function involving ID.  The concern with providing such a
reference is privacy, and were along way from that.

But maybe we should investigate the issue now.  It seems to be on
everyone's minds, and so many people are confused with whom is who.
