Jeff, Secretary Daley and Congressman,

  I respectfully concur with Jeff Williams suggestion here.  It
would be in the best interest if action was taken as soon as
possible in this incident.

  I would further add that I am very dismayed and unpleasantly
surprised at Ms. Mary Wiening's response to Mr. Baptista,
and find it quite inappropriate.
