Mr. Baptista and Everyone,
Your opinion of Esther Dyson is commendable, but I fear misplaced
and a bit extreme. I had not thought that the possible purpose of registering
this Domain could be a ploy such as you suggest, Mr. Baptista. But now
that you mention it, it could be. I for one hope that Esther Dyson is not foolish
enough to consider any legal action in this regard, as she would likely not
fair very well.
Perhaps though a test of the ICANN's vaunted ADR/UDRP would be
and interesting and enlightening exercise or learning experience....
I would propose to offer this as a challange to Ms. Dyson. I am under
the understanding she enjoys a good challange. Let us all see if she
stands behind her beliefs and interests....
