Anybody know why:
1) ICANN's "community feedback" site doesn't have
comments posted since 24 Sept (i.e., for the
past week)
2) it's not possible to be a recipient of comments
filed to ICANN's community feedback site
3) despite the fact that with respect to the new
agreements, ICANN's site says "the public
comment period will be thirty days; comments
should be submitted by October 29, 1999," the
public comment site has been and remains
non-functional with the statement "will be
available shortly."
4) will this new mechanism provide any ability
for people to receive notice of the comments
as they are submitted?
