Roberto and all, Part of the problem here with Rick White is that he is an elected official and is NOT a GA list member, therefore making him not eligible to be elected or nominated. It seems that the DNSO list admin., yet again has not done their job adequately. Hence this election process again seems to smacks of cronyism in this instance.
