  Of course you are quite correct here.  There seems to be some
glaring misconceptions of what the DNSO election process
ending on October 8th.  As we have all seen clearly this process
has been a exercise in gross cronyism that has been pointed out
by yourself and others on several occasions, yet we see that the
oversight from the ICANN (Initial?) Interim board is either
nonexistent or they are turning a blind eye, so to speak.  We have
also seen no oversight on the part of the NTIA to date in this
DNSO game, and this gives the appearance on lack of ability
of the NTIA to manage this process adequately and in accordance
with the White Paper as well as the MoU.
