Jeff and Everyone,
Yes Jeff, as you know, and I am sure others do as well by now,
that several others including several hundred that have tried to just
subscribe to the DNSO GA list so that they can nominate their
favorite candidate were not allowed to do so for some unknown
reason. As of even today, no answer from the DNSO Admin.
to many queries in this regard has yet to be recieved. I personally
have made such such queries to the DNSO list Admin, Esther Dyson,
and the NTIA. Still there is not answer. Why has this not been
delt with in a proper manner?
As to Mr. White's nomination or election. Given the rules for election
in accordance with the listed rules on the DNSO web site, it seems to me
that he is not eligable under those rules. I would say that those DNSO
rules
are also not in accordance with the White Paper or the MoU as I understand
those documents. For further refrence those very DNSO rules for this
