Yes Jeff, I would have to agree it appears that a great injustice
has been perpetrated here, and one that should not go unchallenged.
It is also one that the NTIA need to address very quickly as well.
Should the fail to do so it might need to fall to the US House
of representatives Commerce commission to do so. Failing that
individual litigants will need to file the appropriate legal filings.
It of course would be much better if the ICANN BoD dealt
with this problem with all due dispatch.
