  Well Mark it is pretty obvious, as kent's logic usually is, that
he is mostly concerned that HIS candidate might not get elected.
So therefore he as some others can justify any false argument
of their perverted choosing.

  But you have yet again hit the nail on the head here Mark.  Karl
was only truing to do some "Outreach" as part of his volunteerism
and at the same time doing a little "campaigning" as well.  Nothing
wrong with that.  What IS wrong is the the DNSO Secretariat
and the DNSO Admin.  have poorly handled this process as they
have deliberately broken their own rules.
