Well - my work is almost done.  Which brings me to the topic of one Robert Shaw.  His 
file will be back on my desk within the week for more action.

I was wondering if anyone noticed he was missing from Icann and the gac.  Most 
unusual.  Anyone else noticed this well taken move of the itu.
