Javier and all,

  I agree with you here Javier.  But it seems that after several months
that the DNSO GA list is not functioning properly or there is some
selective censorship going on on the DNSO GA list.  Although the DNSO
list admin along with Esther Dyson and Becky Burr have been made
aware of this problem sense August 8th, the problem still exists.  This
does not bode well for openness and transparency or operational
competency for the DNSO as a whole.
