I think if anybody wan't to filter somebody out of their life that's
swell, be deciding to filter somebody out of everybody else lives
is just wrong.
This epitomizes the "technical coordination" role that ICANN is supposed
to play with the rgulatory role it actually plays: telling poeple how to
filter sombody or setting up a second filtered list is technical coordination;
denying anybody access to allegedly "open and transparent" processes is
regulation pure and simple.
