Valid concerns here David. Thank you for presenting them to us.
I am sure that Becky Burr will also wish to thinks about them as well
or at least she should as she is the oversight for the continuing problems
that the ICANN and the DNSO are having here. Otherwise the problem
may need or be forced to shift to congress as the experiment of ICANN
as a self regulator is demonstrating yet again that is is NOT clearly
able to function adequately.
I also agree that your suggestion(s) are good ones and will share them
with the Noncom in this reply for their consideration as well.
