  I am in complete agreement with your conclusion in your comments
here Mark.  There is and has never been a "Bottom-Up" process
for the DNSO or the ICANN for that matter from the very
beginning.  I have pointed this out before along with many
others.  Of course, mostly met with deaf ears.  Hence we are
again seeing a "Cabel" of a very few dictating policy through a
"Top Down" process that is not in keeping with the Stakeholder
community, and damaging the future and present of the Internet.
