Javier and all, I would like very much to send in our proposal, but due to the SELECTIVE CENSORSHIP of ALL of the DNSO lists, I am unable to do so. But thank you for letting all of us know anyway. THe continued blocking of my and some other members of the DNSO this process is also skewed and therefore invalid and fraudulent.
