Here's an email exchange i've recently had with some cctld guy. I have no
idea who this man is - but obviously i've had some imapct in his life.

I just hope he gets the nics web site up some day. That would be nice.

Regards
Joe baptista

P.S. I'm posting this as an example of icann/iana stupidity. if a
registrar can't answer a question without personal comment - i'm sorry -
but they have failed in their job.

OK - i've looked into your record. From what I can see you do the cctld's
for Guadeloupe and Martinique. From what I can see the only change
required in your record is to include a url for Guadeloupe which is
located at http://www.nic.gp/. I suggest you look up that url and the one
at http://www.nic.mq/. Both open up into an empty directory tree. Very
unprofessional. I won't bother attempting to find a whois server at this
time. From what I can see your under construction.

I'm not surprised your sites are such a mess. If you technical skills are
based on the same professional business skills you have displayed in our
email exchange - it's obvious to me your still in the process of
evolution.

Enjoy
