Excellent article. Haven't read the book, so any summary is conceptual.. I wanted
to make the point that of the actors I have seen, the only institutional
involvement I have seen that has gone beyond the assertion of self-interest model
in trying to create ICANN is that of Berkman. For that they deserve credit.
