  If there are so many reasons why Franks Nomination
request was not excepted why didn't you outline the in
this response, hummm?  And why as you promised to do,
are so many DNSO GA members unable to make nominations
still?  SELECTIVE CENSORSHIP perhaps?  I think so...  Others
do as well and growing in numbers...
