I am informed today by the attorney for the defendant in the Avery Dennison case that Avery Dennison's Motion for Rehearing and Suggestion For Rehearing En Banc was denied by the Ninth Circuit, and that Avery Dennison will be filing a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari as I did in Interstellar v. Epix. Shall be a hot time in the old town come Spring! Bill Lovell
