  I would guess in sense it is yes.  However I have spoken to Richard
who runs this list and very well too I might add.  I doubt that he would
stoop to making such obviously inane false considerations.

  GIven that you have on occasion been one of my personal detractors
in the past I am not surprised that you would oppose anything I said
regardless of the substance of it.

  Electronic participation has been debated on various fora and
mailing lists and is considered valid.  I along with Frank, David,
Bob, or anyone else have the same rights as anyone to participate
in that manner equally as required in the White Paper and the MoU.
Anything less is a violation of those rights, and will be dealt with
accordingly.
