Andy and all,

Yes Andy it is always next time isn't it? And shameful disgrace
of a way of disenfranchising or otherwise limiting inclusion of
individuals or organizations from participating actively. Of course
this has bee a part of this malignant process that ICANN has
selectively engaged in and continue to pursue.

I am glad to see you speak out on these matters Andy, as I hope
others will. Hopefully together, we can arrest this inane and seemingly
insane ICANN process and purswade it's questionably newly
elected leaders to come to their senses and understand that everyone
must be included that wishes to participate... Discrimination using
this and various other means that the ICANN and now the Supporting
Organization of the DNSO is inherently wrong as we have now
seen recently in Seattle with the WTO/WIPO conference, and follow
the Presidents lead in getting on the right track.
