Dear Mr. James:
I am responding to your fax dated and transmitted on December 6th,
1999 to my attention. I have carefully reviewed the claims and demands
made by you. This letter will provide you with notice that we are not in
a position to respond to your claims and concerns.
Furthermore, any claims, allegations or court action against
Planet Communications & Computing Facility or it's officers, directors and
employees will be considered frivolous, vexatious, malicious, libelous and
slanderous.
If you feel my decision is in error, and that we have some
liability in this, I would appreciate a letter or fax detailing the same.
In closing I would like to make it clear that this reply is on behalf of
Planet Communications & Computing Facility and that we are not responding
on behalf of nor do we represent the interests of Cynthia McFarland and
Brian Reid of Anglicans Online, Joseph Lalley of Clarity Connect Inc.,
