And as such in litigation or binding arbitration in this instance, in that
Melbourne IT filed with WIPO to effect this UDRP process it IS
one of the litigants. <sigh> So I must agree with Bob here...

We know that Melbourne IT is one of them. But you are right,
it is VERY handy (Sarcasm) that even on December 5th the ICANN
dispute list is yet to be updated... VERY handy indeed!

Oh very true, and I think that was, in part Bob's point. BOTH
litigants are not known. Most especially the one that Melbourne IT
didn't reveal whom they have a dispute with. Handy that too, I would
say....
