It is my decision to make ICANN irrelevant. Effective immediately I will be engaging an infrastructural control and information process which I developed some years ago. Those who are interested may wish to lookup a University of Toronto research paper "Information Control Processes and Situational Context: Case studies of the employment of information technologies by political extremists" by Peter J. Hanus, Faculty of Information Studies, University of Toronto April 19, 1995. The process not only is effective - it is irreversable. I last used it on the Ontario and Canadian governments to shut down FOI proceedures. It was a success which raised capital expenditures by $500 million per year and to this day the ramifications of my actions are still very much alive. Anyone wanting to play, email me privately. No further public response will be made with respect to this subject. Regards Joe Baptista
