Jeff:

Got my P3 built. Alicia gets to have her machine all to herself now. I
wonder though how long till she wants to trade hers for the P3? Could sure
use that satellite setup of yours to boost connection speed out here.
Alternatively, Next time you see Paul Allen could you ask him to ramp up
Falcon Cable's work out here in Silverton, Oregon? Still, a direct
connection to US West or GTE fiber mainlines might be better. Getting
tired of 14-21bps connections.

Na ja! Why do you want to help finance the CyberSpace Association? Would
you like it to replace ICANN? I think the ICANN, minus it's constituency
and GAC apparatus could be made into an administrative branch of the
executive office of the CA. Does that work for you'all. You see, the ICANN
vision is essentially upside down. Must be what is meant by 'bottom up!

I'll do it. But I wish for you to consider elevating your appraisal of
start up costs. I think 10,000,000 in seed capital is more in sink with the
demands here. A few months later I'd like to do an IPO to raise several
billion. The central revenue generating service and product line for 'the
company' will be focused on the collecton, management, and re-distribution
of e-taxes for national and local governments, and to provide such products
and services under the umbrella of a consensual agreement among
international stakeholders secured directly from individual voters, and
through contractual agreements with client governments.

Note that, I am presently evaluating whether or not I can add value to a
vision set associated with a very nice CEO opportunity recently presented to
my brother Byron. Byron is very good at refining raw vision into returns
for investors. Should I determine that they need any more raw vision, there
stands a good chance that I'll choose to help them out for a spell.

Jeff: I'd like to blow some bubbles in outer-space from one of your
satellites, January 1-5, 2000. Can it be done? If not, then ask Lucas if
he would be willing to simulate it. Have you got your favorite spiritual
leader set up and ready to make a contribution on opening day of Session
2000 of The List Assembly of the CyberSpace Association? Others might not
feel a guest has privilege to invite his own guest: If it would make you
feel more comfortable, I would be quite willing to invite your guest as my
own.

So, if you'all want to move forward on this let me know before the first of
January.
