Tony and all, Tony, who wrote this dribble? Some of it is fine, but most of it seems like allot of PR for the self vaunted ITU. I find that rather ambiguous at best considering their activities in engaging in RBL practices, for instance, not to mention their presence in the ICANN GAC. I would say that Entrust and Techweb have done allot more along these lines than the ITU ever thought of doing... A.M.
