I am very please to announce that I am a few days away from the first
stage of ICANN's virtual rape. I will be using the same methodology
employed on the Canadian Freedom of Information System which reulted in
it's collapse. The critical government document marking this historical

And - as I did with the government of ontario, before i begin an
infrastructural attack I always provided them with ample warning. I
always find it more sporting when the hunted are provided with an edge.
Advanced information so to speak make them jump to the appropriate dance
and the gallop more spirited.
I will therefore be publishing all data i collect, with instructions and a
proceedures manual. Any one can play in the ICANN war games.
The first chapter will be titled "HOWTO breed and program data puppies
from virtual goo that hunt and feed on data dino". I anticipate it will
be a very educational chapter.
