If you have a V6 stack running you just plug in v8 addresses and you're
done. It can tunnnel over v4 OR v6. You can get V8 IP addresses for $1
each from any v8 tld operator. Like me. how many do you want?

Recall that in V8, each of 2048 tld managers manages 256 times the
current V4 address space. I have a couple of v8 bozes on their way
here from Ohio so I'll be setting up a gateway; I'll use v8
addresses in house... dropping off the IANA radar entirely.
