Unfortunately for the trademark people and codicious national
governments, Richard is right. Otherwise, every town in the US with
the name of a foreign city or country would have to stop using the
name as a postal address. How would Troy (New York), Athens
(Georgia), Cairo (Illinois) get their mail?
