Unfortunately, sir, you speak the gospel truth. Even more
unfortunately, I signed up with namesecure.com via qwho.com before you
posted your note. I was snookered in by their 'two years for one'
price for domain registration (still visible at www.qwho.com). They
billed my credit card immediately and then refused to answer my emails
to their customer service department.
They are a total disgrace--a money-collecting machine and nothing
more. I can't even get them to cooperate so I can switch my domain to
another host (it is "parked" with namesecure, forever I guess).
Highway robbery.
Not sure what to do besides complain to ICANN about them. As far as
I'm concerned, they are criminals. And I can refuse the charge on my
credit card, but then I've lost the domain too.
