You're absolutely right. But we're not talking grass seen
(although many seem to be smoking it) and we're not talking
governance. We're talking coordination of technical parameters.

Unless he owns a nameserver (which cen can do for free modulo
a clue) he's not in the class of nameservers owners and is
therefore irrelevant to what the class of nameserver owners
decide to agree on.

If he's like to vote we'd love to have him, but first he
has to know what he's talking about.
