Rick and all,

  Well Rick, when are these errant registrars, which many of us warned
ICANN from the beginning about, going to get their security act together
on their Whois databases?  I think it is good that they, with your help
are getting HALF of the job done.  But that is not good enough.

  And I don't give a hoot if ICANN doesn't want to hear about
gross inadequacies of their management either.  They are just
plain negligent and it need to be pointed out because they were
warned far in advance and ignored those warnings.  They should
be flogged!  People have been damaged without adequate recourse
in many instances, and that is wrong and should be addressed
in an adequate and equitable manner.
