If you call yourself "International Congress of Independent Internet
Users" and an independent user asks about funding and membership you
should be able to reply. This has nothing to do with privacy
concerns. Of course you could reply in a total nonsense way like Richard
does, but then you hardly can be considered to truly represent independent
internet users to any larger extent.

However, Michael Sondow surely can and will sort this out. He's usually a
good guy even if we sometimes disagree.
