Ditto, but I don't know how it's funded, which is surprising given the
quality and quantity of the membership materials I've received.

Perhaps anyone who really wants to know the workings of the Congress should
become a contributing member and get on the finance committee (the meetings
of which, I'm told, are well catered too!).
