Those proposals will be treated by the INTA, WIPO, and the DNSO NC
with the same disdain as .union or anything else that they see as
complicating or intruding on their hegemony over the traditional
namespace. In short, your proposals will either be turned down or
will be made to fall under the trademarks' "right of first refusal".
The only chance you and the unions have is to join with the rest of
the Internet community that has been excluded from ICANN.
