[IFWP] root server survey

To date 95,115 nameservers have been surveyed for private roots, 94,807 of
those dns use the USG root (99.7%) the remainder are composed of legacy,
private roots or alternate root server confederations:

Here is the list of root server confederations and the number of
nameserver found using them (to date):

     28 A.I-DNS.NET. HOSTMASTER.I-DNS.NET.
     37 NS1.VRX.NET. HOSTMASTER.NS1.VRX.NET.
     14 RS2.AURSC.AH.NET. AT.AH.NET.
     21 TINC-ORG.COM. TINC.TINC-ORG.COM.

The ORSC leads the pack.
